Corporate Ethics and compliance policies

The first Compliance Conference was organized by the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce on February in Sofia. Ms. Stefanova was a keynote speaker in the panel on the rights and competencies of successful compliance manager. She discussed the roles, functions and responsibilities of the new specialty. Main questions from the audience were focused on the independence of the compliance policies, employee engagement; communication and reporting to internal and external audiences.
